1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and bjbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering a bjbaji account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bjbaji platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by the bjbaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bjbaji. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a bjbaji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bjbaji strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of bjbaji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Only one bjbaji account is permitted per individual. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must ensure that your use of the bjbaji Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

bjbaji reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point. Until verification is complete, we may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features of the Platform.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjbaji login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify bjbaji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your bjbaji account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Not access your account via unsecured public Wi-Fi networks where reasonably avoidable.

bjbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly reported a security breach to us.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bjbaji are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bjbaji supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. bjbaji reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bjbaji targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and account status.
• bjbaji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bjbaji accepts no responsibility.
• bjbaji reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation in cases where fraudulent or prohibited activity is suspected.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bjbaji Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. bjbaji does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where the Platform's error rules apply.
• bjbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, including but not limited to pricing errors, feed errors, or human input errors.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and may be voided where data feed integrity cannot be maintained.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer processes. bjbaji does not guarantee any particular return to any individual player.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. Current limits are published in the Platform's help section and may be amended at bjbaji's discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bjbaji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• bjbaji reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has commenced wagering requirements, bjbaji will use reasonable endeavours to honour any portion already completed.
• bjbaji reserves the right to recover bonuses where misuse, abuse, or breach of promotional terms is identified, including through group play or coordinated betting activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjbaji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from bjbaji.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any form of wagering designed to exploit pricing errors or guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Attempting to circumvent account limits, self-exclusion periods, or other responsible gaming controls.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing any third party to use your bjbaji account.
• Providing false information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bjbaji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and databases, is the intellectual property of bjbaji or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bjbaji content without our express prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. bjbaji shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing your transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bjbaji's gross negligence.

10. Responsible Gaming

bjbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As a registered user, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves risk and the house holds a mathematical edge on all games. No strategy guarantees a profit, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for the amounts you choose to wager. bjbaji strongly recommends setting personal deposit limits and session budgets before you start playing.
• bjbaji provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These can be activated via your account settings or by contacting bjbaji support at the email address listed in the footer of this site.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Players aged under 18 must not register for or use bjbaji under any circumstances. bjbaji reserves the right to void all activity and close any account found to belong to a minor.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bjbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed.
• An account is found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received.
• bjbaji is required to do so by law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

On closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no breach is involved), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method after applicable checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived entirely from bonus funds are not returnable on account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bjbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of bjbaji following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute with bjbaji, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. bjbaji aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 28 days. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to an independent adjudicator.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
